China Government needs to send an official letter to 'btccn@coinsgov.org' to apply for transaferring ownership of the reserved coins. The letter should include a China Government controlled BTCCN address. After verified and coins transfered, the letter and the adddress will be published here.

Bitcoin China?

Bitcoin China ("BTCCN") is a decentralized cryptocurrency with large percentage of mined coins reserved for China Government to claim and hold.
Based on Bitcoin Core, Bitcoin China has the same level of code security as Bitcoin.
